Really choppy. I did try to do another for you with the choppy picture you posted so it's not great. Just take your time, don't rush it. It's worth the extra time you place into the photo. Play with textures....

well, practice makes perfect. maybe use a different color for the bg, so the imperfections of the layer selection aren't so obvious. I tend to try to use a softer brush and clean up the edges. His head looks squarish, it needs a bit of sharpening, and the text is clipped. Keep trying, you'll get it.
