Australian Bower bird? - ID needed

I took this in a very shaded rainforest with ISO 1600 and 300 mm lens - it looks like a type of Bower bird, but doesn't quite match any i can find.
It was scratching around the rainforest floor and didn't fly - but rather ran off.

Looks like a female Regent Bowerbird Roopy. Pity about the high ISO. Were did you see it?

Have you tried the spotted bowerbird (Chlamydera maculata). It could be a juvenile.
Giving a location helps greatly when trying to ID birds, good luck.

Scnapper, that did cross my mind but it's the beak (long) and lack of tail tip colour that has got me wondering.

If thats where you took the photo, then it's a Regent. Check out this website for ID. Its one of the best I have come across.
