just playing around with frames and thought Id post these

I really like the frame on the second one, is it a photoshop action?

could you explain it, i am a frame nQQb, and i want to start doing them as actions.

these were done with flicKr toys in the flickR website, Im a paid up member but I think they can be used if you are just a standard member. Its pretty easy, they self explain in there.
