I understand. My thought was that if you had captured him being dirty and the way he was getting dirty, like a toddler eating spaghetti, then it works perfectly. With this being more of a portrait I just felt the touchups should be done. Great job editing them out.

I agree and totally understand what you are saying. I took that picture after realizing that maybe it was not my Tamron lens that was broken but maybe the camera. Lucas HATES having his picture taken and I had to chase him all over the house and finally trapped him in a corner of the kitchen and this is what I got. lol. I snapped about 5 pics and was relieved to get them uploaded to see that they were not all OOF too.

Just curious for the EXIF details on this. I can't seem to get my lens to take nice ones like that
