Did you desaturate it? Seems to be lacking saturation.

It does need to be a tad bit brighter..but she is a doll and its a great shot!! adorable little face and you captured it well!

Yes it is desaturated. I desaturated the BG completely. I wanted to try to give the photo an older antique sort of style.

Many people don't like old photos because they look.. well old. :) And I don't either. Shot is low in contrast, colors are weak and it is a bit soft.
