A very nice image. I love the sky and the tonal range in the building. The blacks in the evergreen trees look blocked up on my monitor. This has nothing to do with the excellent job you did on the contrast, but the building seems to be leaning back, and that bothers me a little.

I really love your B&W conversion, but as KYBOB said, it seems like you didn't keep you're camera straight... you probably angled the camera up a bit to get the sky into the shot. I think it would have worked better to step back a bit and then keep your camera completely horizontal.

As for the PP... I like it very much!

i took the pic in b&w through my old XT. i just added some layermasks and messed with the contrast and other stuff.
