I got mine for $809 at Best Buy!

I knew the chick who worked in the camera section and she gave me the XTi even though there was a waiting list on it!

There was only one left in the whole area and I got it! :)

Maybe I missed it, but I didnt see anyone say anything about Costco. 839.00 and i think you could get it online for 869. And, best of all they have a no questions asked return policy. That to me is worth a couple extra bucks.

I purchased my XTI w/ Kit Lens (I know, I know, but first DSLR, so I wanted something to play with immediately) for $760 after shipping and tax from Dell thanks to the 20% off coupon.

I thinks thats the Dell offer, but you have to wait 4 weeks for it.

I ordered mine this morning, and they said I would have it by November 7th. (about 2 weeks). My experience with Dell has been that they're almost always faster than they estimate -- hope that still holds true!

I ordered an XTi with lens kit from Dell Monday afternoon for my parents. I also used a 20% off coupon from ebay. Camera price after discount was $719.96 plus $16 for overnight shipping (way cheap for overnight). Total was $735.96. But, as said before, the black body is on back order. My expected ship date for the black XTi is 11/21/06.

Even better though, I piggy backed my 30D order on my parents shipping. Got my 30D body for $1119.00. It shipped today and will be here tomorrow! Thanks Mom and Dad for the free overnight shipping :)

Just curious...did DELL add "Sales Tax" to your 30D order ??
