As far as post-processing, not as much as you'd expect. I created a new 'Channel Mixer' layer (with the monochrome box checked) and then masked it so it was just applied to the skin. What is surprising is that the eye colour is natural, just the step of taking the skin colour away created the effect that makes the eye so blue.
