Thank you. I did this in photoshop just starting with a "new image" in the size that I wanted to print this. Then I added the foot picture as the first layer and made it take up the whole image and then added the other pictures and text. It is pretty simple, my biggest struggle is to know what pictures look best together and how to lay them out. But playing around with these, sure is addicting.

Love it!!! Feet and hands shots are really nice. The B&W effect and blur dresses the picture.
