some squirrels from last weekend taken at the gardens in leamington spa,taken with 30d and 100-400mm lens at f/5,ss1/250 hand held,the second one looks very pregnant to me,not sure if its too late in the year though,or if the warm weather is playing havok with there breeding time,thanks for looking and commenting :D

I like these shoots. The first one is my favorite, very sharp. And I want one of those lenses!

thanks dawn,actually not very long,we were throwing whole peanuts down on the ground for them and they were picking them up and chomping on them..lol..my uncle and i were taking it in turns throwing and shooting..lol..they were actually quite tame and at one point (after putting my camera away of course..lol) had one sitting at my feet looking up at me

I was in our local park on Thursday, loads of squirrels but didn't have my 100-400mm with me ! But will be going back now that the weather is gonna be good...must remember to take peanuts LOL...
