Went to Northern Wisconsin last week. Shot this from a boat with the 400mm at f8 and 1/1600 ISO 800. C&C welcome.

Great colours, good shot , little bit blurry, guess thats from the boat's movement

I don't see you getting blur from boat movement at 1/1600! (unless it's a reeaally fast boat). It could just be the processing that's left it a bit soft/blurry, but I think there's some nice subjects in it. The trees down here don't look like that, it's more of green leaves, then brown leaves then no leaves. We don't seem to get the lovely oranges and reds.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

I'm concerned with the blurry look. Maybe the windy condition is a cause? I processed again with less saturation. What do you think?

I like the first try. My old eyes didn't notice any blur, just great color. Nice to see the 400mm used as a landscape lens.

I don't see any blurring that distracts from your first effort. Maybe some USM would help, but just a touch. I think it's great and really captures some fine color.
