I can assume that you have one of those combo wash/dry units?? Look, I find that if there is any moisture left in the lens after the dry cycle, I put it in a big ziplock bag and put the vaccum cleaner nozzle in the bag, secured with an elastic band and let it suck for a few houre...I know, you'll say this metheod sucks, but thats the nature of it,....

Ahh no, just a simple cheap bachelor pad washing machine. Separate dryer, so I just tumble dry on HOT for 90 minutes. The dang things sure make a lot of noise clanging around though!

I find it best to use you friendly doctor's office autoclave... Make sure that you steam all your lenses that you can fit inside at the highest temperature and pressure...This type of steam cleaning will always get them sterile enough for all your needs...
If you don't have access to the autoclave, than use you home kitchen pressure cooker, this of course will take longer and might require that you stand by and keep an eye on it, for at least a couple of hours...
The rouge in the jeweler's rock tumbler, is an alternative, but I've never tried it...
Ahhh, I see.. the proven method for getting rid of fungus and other nasties.

I do the same thing, but make sure to separate the white L glass from the black. I add a little extra bleach for the white L's.
Brilliant idea!
(and for the serious: rocket blower is always first line of defense, so much so that I forget to mention it.. but bad breath and microfiber really does work better than anything else I've found so far. Forget the silly lenspens, they leave residue.)
