Hi
A few days ago I spent a few hours scrambling around on the South Downs Way near Amberley ... I must get some proper boots as DMs just don't cut it on steep very slick slopes. Got some images that I quite like :-
1: Looking Down The Valley

The image just doesn't do the hill much justice ... that path along the left edge is very steep.
2: Hills Falling To Plain Below

This is also a lot steeper than it looks ... my tripod had two legs with two segments extended and the other with all three extended. If I'd slipped, the little fence may or may not have stopped me sliding down 150 metres to stop with a loud 'crunch' at the end

4: Lonely Tree
Merging the two exposures proved to be a little tricky and the result isn't very natural, but I like the effect :-

As usual, any comments would be gratefully received ... especially those telling me where I've gone wrong!
