I really hate my watermark and want to take the time to fix it. Do you find the bright logo or the text overlay most distracting?

Super sharp and colours are spot on. I was hoping you had a Sigma 120-300 f2.8 that you had used for them so that I had something to aspire to Bodies: Canon EOS 1DS Mkii, Canon EOS 1Dmkiii, Canon EOS 30D, Canon G12.

My budget doesn't allow for a 300 f/2.8 at the moment either

We only have night games for our high school and I am not having alot of luck.

Set ISO to 1600 and place the camera into AV mode. Start at the 75 end of the lens and set the apeture to 4. At this point see what kinds of shutter speeds you are getting. Hopefully it will be over 300ths of a second. If so you can adjust ISO down if you have enough light. You'll need to see what kind of shutter speeds you can achieve and as you go further out in reach with the lens the apeture will raise forcing a slower shutter speed. Good luck!
