I will be traveling to Hong Kong in a few week. How do prices for Canon lenses and flashes compare to U.S.? Will Canon honor the warranty when I bring them back to U.S.?

Its cheaper to get Sigma/Tamron/Tokina etc. - but for whatever reason, Canon is more expensive here. Canon 7D , Canon 6D, 100-400 L, 24-105 F4 L, 50 F1.4, Tokina 12-24 F4, Kenko Teleplus Pro DG 1.4X Extender

But with canon they just require the reciept. Canon 5D Body

Yes, that's correct for us UK users: Andy Brown; South-east England. Canon, Sigma, Leica, Zeiss all on Canon DSLRs. My hacking blog

No worth and you take many risks. NYC is cheaper. Cheers

Would anyone have an idea of the best price on a Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 L in Hong Kong Located in Sydney, Australia

Can you recomend a pocket size (credit card size) unit? Since this is a Canon site, this can be Canon bias. I have always been very impressed with the Ixus series. They are easily 'jean pocket' type and have very good features....now it also has IS in the latest models Canon 7D , Canon 6D, 100-400 L, 24-105 F4 L, 50 F1.4, Tokina 12-24 F4, Kenko Teleplus Pro DG 1.4X Extender
