BTCC Silverstone - Qualifying sessions

First time at a BTCC for many a year, only went to try my newly acquired, but second-hand, Sigma 500mm f4.5 (what a brute!). In the end fog, plus closeness to the track meant that I didn't use it that much, relying more on my Canon 100-400mm.

Nice! The 500mm would have come in useful yesterday at Luffield - for swatting a clear view to the track ;)
Oh, and your Sigma appears to have shrunk in your signature!

Haha. Andy, thanks for the spot on my signature!

From the TV coverage, it didn't look that crowded on race day although the tiered standing at Luffield looked pretty full.
