My wife and have been, trying to have children for nine years. On 10-12-06 we welcomed our son Chase into the world. Also glad I got my 50mm 1.8 just in time.

Congratulations. Your life will never be the same now. It's gonna be full of frustration, fear, excitement, joy, happiness. The first time he says, "Daddy... I love you.", out of the blue. Man...... what a feeling.

I was determined to get these shots, it wasn't till a nurse offered to take a photo of us that I actually touched him for the first time. All the sudden it hit me like a brick wall that he was really here.

I don't think I could have lost that smile if you paid me.
