The clerk said that the 10D was being discontinued and Canon was releasing a new 8mp dslr called the D80 in Feb or Mar. Go figure! John The BIG PMA trade show in Las Vegas is only 30 days away. On the Canon, fix the AF and make the 420 flash work with it properly, give me just a bit more optical zoom and then LEAVE IT ALONE. Nov 14, 2004 11:10 | #26 One more thing I would add is for a tripod mount on the bottom that is with the centerline of the lens. This would aid in doing panoramic photography. The off center tripod mount hole screws everything up.
