When I was visiting Jamaica a few months ago, I took some underwater photos with my Powershot A70 and an underwater case. Anyone else have experiences shooting underwater?

I shoot underwater with a Nikon 4300 ($399) and waterproof housing ($120). It takes excellent shots, is small enough to carry around comfortably and when I am on land I can take it out of the housing and use it as a carry around camera. YOu can find the housings for many different cameras on Ebay for anywhere from $50 to $150 depending.. The housings for our DSLR's do cost as much as the camera for a decent one, twice as much for a metal one with a million buttons on it... 2 30D/BG-E2
