cheap ebay macro "filters." Basically a magnifying glass you stick on the end of your lens.

If you're just want to try Macro, then get the filters.

I have the cheapo magnified filter for my 50/1.8 and the quality is pretty bad.

Extension tubes are better :)

Sigma 24-70mm EX DG...Lens is sharp when the focusing hits! I like all the comparisons between it and the Canon 24-70mm "L"....When your lens misfocuses 50% of the time...it doesn't much matter how sharp the lens is. at the bottom canon vs sigma...I will give the Sigma one thing...Its been left out over night in the rain and still works(the way it always did).
