The background in #3 is distracting. The lighting isn't bad...I personally like to see a little more direction to the light to provide more shadows on the model. I tend to like how that looks, myself. --

I don't see any fill flash, so maybe consider bumping your iso up to 400, or using a slower shutter speed to let in more light. I have a really poor vivitar flash unit...I constructed my own reflector for it using duct tape, a cardboard rectangle, tin foil and wax paper stapled together...so Im always using the flash head pointing up and the reflector...in theory should bounce the remainder of my flash onto the subject...its really quite an ugly monstrosity...but I just got out of college...speedlights are just in my dreams.. _______________
