Hi guys,
Here's the background - Since May of this year of all the photo's I've taken I seem to get more 'keepers' from the 70-200 f4'L' than I do from the kit lens (I know no surprise there
), so in the next couple of week I'm thinking of replacing the kit lens with something better ? (budget is £500ish) I'm leaning towards the 17-40 f4'L', but just wondered if there's anything else I should be considering, want to use it as a general walkabout lens and for landscapes.
Are the Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC or the Tamron SP 17-50mm f2.8 XR Di-II LD ASP IF worth considering ? ? ?
If I was to go for either of these would I regret not getting the 'L'
, but if I did I would have some cash left over for buying other stuff !
So many questions, lets see some suggestions ! and sample images please
Thanks
Alan
