I just got my 70-200 f/2.8L IS. Ordered it from B&H Sunday Night at 7:30. They said 3-5 days and it showed up today. WOW, is all that I can say. This thing is amazing. The quality is superb. I feel that I am already getting the sickness and am becoming an L-Aholic. I cannot wait to go out and try it out this weekend. They are having a Euro Car show at the local BMW plant. Cars, Cars, and Races. Loads of Photo Op's. This thing is going to be so much fun, and give me the Pop-eye arms at the same time, lol.

In a few months, have someone take a picture of your Popeye arms with the new lens (ha). Great purchase, wish it were me.

HAHA, thanks everbody. I will go out and do my obligatory duck shots soon. I have too much work going on right now to go try it out until this weekend. I am already contemplating the 17-40mm or the 400mm. My bank account is going to kill me. But I would like to set up a small studio, so that may override any new lenses for a while. Who knows?haha

So what's your second going to be?

Second purchase will probably be a combo of the 17-40mm f/4L and a 50mm f/1.4. I want to set up a small studio for starters and do portraits for family and friends to learn my basics. That may slow my future lens purchasing. I don't really know which way I will go next. Any suggestions on reasonably priced studio equipment would be greatly appreciated, as I have no clue what is quality and what is junk in this area. Thanks.
