Thanks,
Matt

Come on people. I know I am not a regular here but just a couple of comments shouldnt be a lot to ask.

Unfortunately something in the resizing really made the detail go to crap but I was looking for c & c on composition, color, etc.

Thanks again,
Matt

I think you will have to do with the B/W as the color does not do a lot. You should have shot it at a different time of day.

I like the composition but the first thing that jumps out to me is how blurred the people are. I think I would have frozen them with a faster shutter speed, but perhaps that was the effect you were going for.

Regarding the loss of detail in resizing, you need to sharpen the image after doing so. In Photoshop Elements, I use USM at 60/1.2/0. You're also loosing detail through compression. I would suggest that you place your images on a hosting site like imagestation or photobucket. They'll look much better that way.

I like the color version myself but agree that a different time of day could have helped.

PS: Be patient when posting in this forum. There are alot of people posting so it takes a while to get replies sometimes.

OK thanks a lot everybody. Yes I was attempting the blurred people look to show the hustle and bustle.

And yes I have a flickr site so I should use that.

Thanks,
Matt
