Curious if anybody here knows what made these bubbles. This photo was taken in early morning. Various insects out a this time of year. There was no sign of any bug in the vicinity either.

I did try to examine as close as I could without disturbing things and could not make out any evidence of eggs, though I would imagine they could be near invisible.
