While the somewhat more familiar "Geritol" is a vitamin supplement typically associated with older folks:

I notice though that the titles are often coming from quotes by the members in question. in the "Geratol" case, Petkal had used the term some time befroe the change.. the spelling mistake was his.

That's quite correct....for some reason or the other, I've been referring to my trusty picker-uper as "Geratol". Therefore, whoever is messing with the titles, took my spelling as a compounded jab at my presence of mind.
