Your getting there _ go even slower on the shutter speed. Stop the aperture down to f/22 and also this is where a 2 to 4 stop Neutral Density Filter would help getting the shutter speed down.

Very nice. I assume you want the bluish cast, although it makes it look a little un-natural. To go slower than 1/6, you'll need a tripod.

Bring out those light spots on the dark rock, even if it is to replace them with almost white color and check if 3D works better.

The water at that shutter speed is actually pretty cool looking. Very unique from most with almost a plastic look to it. Almost like a Halloween wig or something. I like it.
The blue cast, eh, not a fan. I would dump that for sure. Is that a WB issue or did you add that in post? If WB, I'd suggest shooting it in RAW so you can adjust that after the fact if need be.
Really a very nice shot though and thank you for sharing it.

I actually like the blurring you achieved at that speed. :D Not too keen on the blue cast, but that's down to personal taste.
You might like to consider using a polariser. Its very useful for removing glare from wet rocks and also slows down the exposure by up to 2 stops. It also helps reduce the possibility of burnt out highlights when working at slower shutter speeds.

The B;ue was PP, It was a really bright and happy picture before hand, and that wasnt what I was aiming at. I did have a polarizer, I should have used it, but like I said I dindt have my tripod with me, so no luck there. Thanks for the comments.
