Some Koala's from today's POTN visit to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. They have about 130 Koalas and guess what most were sleeping!! I love No 3, I've never seen a Koala grab the ass of another before - not that I normally look out for this type of thing. Although there seemed to be a reoccurring theme of this type of thing. I'm sure several others will post more funny shots from the day.

Wonderfully clear shots. The 2nd one is my fave!

Excellent shots. Love #2, but #3 has made me chuckle, so cheeky!

um - yeah - #3 is 'interesting' :) Great shots, though. How high above ground level were they?

Greg,

Nice captures - like the 3rd one the best.

Cheers

Nice shots, Greg.
These guys became a little more active (and noisy) a little later in the arvo after you left.

Thanks all. It never ceases to ammaze me the number of strange positions they guys can get them selves into. I've got a great shot of one with its head wedged in the V of two tree branches.

Thanks Tina. Come on where's your shot with the strategically placed branch?
