Great shots, Greg. I like the foundations on the kennel!

Great series of shots. Love the second and last ones. The look on the handlers face is so full or warmth..

Thanks for the comments. I loved the slapped together look of the kennel also.

Thanks for commenting. This guy had a very expressive and weathered look to his face. I just wish I'd nailed the focus better on no 2. To me it looks just slightly OOF

DOF, maybe? His shoulder looks crisp.

All the pictures are great - I just didn't want to wax too lyrical over them - I know how you guys get when it comes to kiwis making comments about sheep...

You have got a good flow with them - from the dog and kennel (before work) to the dog after work. Shot #3 I have seen countles times - and always enjoy it - it's a timeless shot. My father in law (retired farmer) still wears that 'uniform'. You nailed the concentration on the dogs face in the 4th shot. All in all, a great mini-series.

Thanks kiwi, I one I really wanted to add to this series was the dog on the sheeps back but a combination of poor timing on my part and a bad angle meant I missed getting the dog on the sheeps back shot. Another Brissie POTN Shay got a great action shot of the dog on the sheeps back see here.

Number 4 is spot on in composition, I think.

And I really like the last one as well. I wish I had've been a little closer to get a shot like that.

Great series of shots, and I especially like the last one, with the dog actually sitting in the water barrel!

Thanks Nick. Yes I was lucky with my spot. The dog just camped down in front of me.

Gotta love No. 1...having spent time "in the doghouse" myself :-D

The last one is a prize-winner though.
