Excellent......give it a pass thru Neat Image (or Ninja), USM and Level, and it will look great.

Thanks, Don. I don't even own a NR software but should try it. Usually I just deal with the noise...

Don't know why I didn't think of this last week. The owl was on the side of the road in a park and sat still for several shots like the one below before cocking his head and shooting down into the leaves. I took off chasing him, cranking up the ISO on the run and was rewarded with the prey shot. Sometimes we just happen to be in the right place at the right time!

No noise on this one. That's a beautiful shot in all major ways. Well done indeed, Webby.

Aye laddie ... and the Owl was thinking 'for f**ks sake I must be in the wrong place at the wrong time 'cause some ass with a big white thing in his hand keeps chasing me'

Glad you made it here Webby ... you brightened up the cobwebs a tad ;-)a

Ready, set ... stand-still inaction there Woogie

Where's the grub lad? here it's all about bird-grub interaction ... as in bird chowing on grub or grub otherwise impacting in some tragic/comic manner upon bird.

Take yer choice son ;-)a

If she bagged the #126 into her trunk, that would have been really expensive for her.
The Trumpeters are on the endangered species list, and they are being closely monitored and inventoried by Ontario natural conservation officers.
