Snapped these pictures while my family was drinking wine. I used Canon 30D with 50mm 1.8. C&C are welcome :).

The lines in #2 are interesting but I like #3 the best. The different layers of mountains slowly disappearing off into the distance is very nice.

I like #2 for the patterns, and #3 for the disappearing mountains, but you need to clean your sensor! ;)

Thanks for the nice comments :).

Heh, I admit knowing that I need to clean it. That comes from shooting a closeup of a stream.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

#2 is definitely my favorite. Because of the lines and the colours in the areas and lines that make the picture. The palette of colors is very small. Just a few greens, some browns... Great! Too bad that the bottom right breaks the lines and areas in a distracting way.

I KNEW that looked familiar!! We used to live in Temecula for 10 years, then moved next door, to Murrieta. :)

ags007, that is too funny that you recognised it!

I was going back and forth on that part. I agree that it broke the 'theme' of the picture, but loved the extra colour it brought. Thanks for the constructive criticism :).
