Are they an authrorized canon dealer? Do you get rebates with them?
Yes they are a authorized Canon dealer, a real brick and mortar store with a eBay presence.

Chances are Canon USA won't honor that rebate correct? I've bought stuff from the states when I visited my relatives and used their address to get US only rebates before (they mail me the cheque) w/o problems but those reciepts are the ones you get from retail stores that don't include the customer's address etc. Is there any way a (poor) canadian like me can get US rebates if I can use an US address w/o having to ship the camer to the american address? I'd say it's step in the right direction and we should show them that we like large rebates. Not really because Canadian vendors such as Henry's give provate rebates when there are not other rebates...to try to compete with BH but when they see this..they mil there customers by making them pay full price. I hope that's the case. Last time I contacted Canon Canada I was told that a Camera Body must be purchased from an Authorized Canadian Dealer for the warranty to be honoured in Canada.
