Hey now....I have no idea...I never go there...I looked a long time ago...but you had to have an account to do much....so I never went back.

It only takes about half an hour to sign up and create a profile. You should do that, in all seriousness. I always thought My Space was for kids, but found out from members here that it's for everyone. My page is more commercial in nature, and I've gotten a lot of business from it. It's great free advertising! :)

It was the margarita mention that made you think of cactus huh? Nice associational illustration there...now I'm thirsty...

Yes, Claire...things are continuing to spiral faster and faster out of control around here. When we have all completely lost our marbles, I am going to lock this thread;) ;) :p

there's no reason to lock the thread.. admittedly i've stopped trying to catch up on what i've missed but just jump back in after absences.. but, I don't think it's gotten too crazy yet..

by the way my aunt made her meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and homemade rolls for dinner.. plus this thing we like to call 'Sex in a Pan'... although Kaed's mommy has requested we change the name.. she doesn't want her two-year-old saying it..

Dan, those are gorgeous prickly pears. Did you pick any?

Now when you pick a pawpaw
Or a prickly pear
And you prick a raw paw
Next time beware
Don't pick the prickly pear by the paw
When you pick a pear
Try to use the claw

The margaritas I had last night were of the strawberry variety. They go down very smoothly. :)

I was too busy marveling the fact that someone actually had a cacti that large growing here in the mountains. Not exactly desert climate.

tequila- to kill ya... I had a fight with quervo about eight years ago... when I skipped homecoming to go to a party... and still, there isn't a day that goes by where the smell of it makes me gag... but, I make excellent margaritas.. (or so i've been told).. my favorite recipes include crushed ice, grand marnier, 1800, amaretto and a splash of grenadine...there's also one with 1800 midori, roses lime, and triple sec blended with a sugar rim.... fairly proud of them...

I just hold my nose when I drink a shot of it. Keeps the gagging at bay.

Those recipes sound good. I wish you were here to mix up a few of those for me.
