Yep that is what I am saying. I usually never have any leftovers in the fridge anyway. But really dinner food in the morning doesn't appeal to me.

I'm with him. The closest to dinner food in the morning I've had would be a kebab/pizza/chinese right after clubbing at 3-4am. I don't count that.

Damnit, I forgot my lunch in the fridge! Grr...

I've never tried whisky, bourbon, vodka...or scotch...always wondered what a good "aged" scotch tastes like...I hate wine (don't like anything remotely sweet....well except my bfk's) and am fond of lager...allergic to ale...

you would do well with vodka.. most non-drinkers do.. it's a neutral liquor (doesn't have much of a taste).. so, you add it to a juice and it goes down very, very easy..

gee, the guy i am dating is 11 years older than me. I do think about it, and the getting older and retirement bit, but don't know, it just kinda feels right, for the moment anyway. And i am no spring chicken either. . (And lucky he is not up himself over his photography.) Actually, he is judging this month's camera club comp, but he didn't tell me at first 'cause he didn't want to influence what i was going to put in the comp, and here was me sprouting about how i hoped the next judge would remember i was b grade, etc etc (last months judge was very hard on all of us, and my piccie got sort of canned).When i found out I felt a bit silly there for a while!

It's "relationship," dear.

And when you get to the point like me, when you're "no spring chicken," I don't think it really matters as much when you date older people. Now, the fellow in his 30's really gave me a run for my money...:lol:

Blackcurrant concentrate mix, sometimes available with carbonation, sometimes without. Very popular party drink in the exotic Asia Pacific. May even be specific to one or two countries, come to think of it.

Contains sugar, so just pour in a shot of vodka, dilute if necessary, stir and slam it down.

JB and Coke rules, just that sometimes I like a little variety as well. :)

Allergic to ale? Ouch...my sympathies....strange you can drink lager though.

You are soooooooooo missing out on the rest!!

For your penance, your new shopping list is

* Grey Goose vodka
* Johnny Walker Black Label 12 year old scotch or Glenfiddich
* Jim Beam Black bourbon

Sari will fill you in on the mixers :D or, everything on the rocks...

Not all wine is sweet Permagrin. Nothing better than a nice Beaujolais. Mmmmmmm

My grandfather was a biochemist and he said that lager was processed longer/had less impurities than ale...mold spores and the like....and that many people are actually allergic to it, who can safely drink lager...weird huh?

and I forgot to mention that aside from a good scotch, I'd also like to try cognac someday...
