I can follow most of the Kiwi-speak...but the Aussie isms are hard to follow. And I learned Swedish from the muppets

your right dan, us aussies have a language/slang of our own!! I have had 3 international students live with me, and it's so funny to see their confused faces when we chat, especially when they first get here. We do it so naturally, don't notice we say it.

I ahve been rreading to much about Dali, of the Salvador fame. Snippets of forigan linguage keep popping into my brrain and half the time I don't know what it means!
