But what is obscenity? I only posted a photo of my dog in a funny, comfortable position, sleeping with his eyes closed again. Should I have covered his privates? Or better yet should I force him to wear a sweater or diaper for my photography? I think not...:)

I am frankly more offended by things one can see in public in this country everyday. It seems to be all the rage these days within a certain population to bare all even when it comes to their vehicles...

Those look very real to me. There must be some very pi$$ed off grizzly looking for the vehicle licensed "IB4WLN".

Great craic is bubbling up to the top of our watery baths so we know all is good in the silly old world we call home :-)

But now is time to flee from this husk of WTFness and sojourn amongst our own kind of daftness. Come all ye brushes and buffoons for we have a new home amongst the elite fools that live at the bottom of our respective gardens ...

Click and see its long legged finery here

Let's say thanks to our keen hosts the Mods and Rockers (off their ...) and flock together like the Dimwit Ducks we are ...

Petkins,
I know you won't partake in a fine bubblebath and glass of wine, powder yourself in the lightest of scents, and slip into a soft, silk nightie, so just remember when you lay your weary head upon the bossom of a thusly clad loving woman and then tell me there is no comfort there for either gender. ;)
Not to argue your very relevant points, but just for your consideration.

Oh I know, it would have still worked some 30 years ago....however, today you depict a scene of utter horror.

So sorry for the bad reaction it invoked. Hope the memories are still pleasant.
Perhaps it is fodder for the current candypet theme of "Scary"? Or perhaps one of you in the silk nightie would be as appropriate?;)

best to you, dear petkins

BOY, OH BOY, did I have fun tonight. My daughter was in a dance recital/show and I got lucky: front row center seat. No rules, no one stating you can't bring a camera in, no rules about flash. I shot 205 pictures in a matter of minutes. I felt like a tail gunner on an old WWII gunship.

Now, I'll have to see if anything came out.

dear god, you guys can talk!! well, i knew that anyway, but i thought, i have a few minutes to spare, but there are too many pages, will have to wait. so, quick update, my mum is okay, my sister is still stressed, but better, and my aunt has to go to high care, so we are full on trying to get paperwork done, assessments done, cleaning out her room, organizing god knows what, and keeping sane. I have taken time out, and gone shooting a few times, and have some great images, but unfortunately i can't process them till i get home, probably this w/e. I will be a very busy vegemite then! cheerio

Where'd everyone go? Petkal says it's over, and you guys flee?

Today is the first time since I started this thread that it's fallen off the front page. I guess a million views is looking further and further from reality.

damn it.

Olli, Bu Yao, and Athena might be good places to start asking.

Yes, I am not a journalism contact, but I am indeed in Asia. PM me if I can help out.
