Not very co-operative after a couple glasses of wine, but I snapped this on Turkey Day.

Maybe, but one of the reasons I took up photography was so that I would be the one behind the camera, not in front of it....

I always liked the thought of being behind the camera. I used to detest being in front of it. Then I somehow ended taking self-portraits during uni because I didn't have a model to try lighting on. So, now I'm used to being in front a bit more. At least you don't get pics with me looking like I'll kill the shooter...

Of course it looks like my kids are motherless, my husband spouseless and my siblings with one less sister if you look at the family photo albums through the years.;) :D

He He This is what majority of photos in my collection looks like!

I was fairly cute as a kid... lots of curly dark hair and big brown eyes.. unfortunately I peaked at about nine...  .. sad but true.. But, I do like Suzy saying that i'm cute.. even though at twenty-four I have reason to maybe want to be more than a 'cute girl'... oh well.. the hands we are dealt...

Enjoy looking young, my dear. Those of us who can't be mistaken for the grandmotherly type are very jealous. My sister is 5 years older than me. She looks like she's 20 because she's so cute. No one's going to believe she's turning 50 next year. Count your blessings.

One of my cousin's have brand new in-laws so she went there for thanksgiving, another cousin was in San Diego, another one had her husbands birthday on Thanksgiving so she had to go to those parents, and I had to work up here so.. my aunt very nicely postponed Thanksgiving until this sunday.. So, i'm going home for the big old dinner I will bring my camera along and maybe some of the grown-ups will let me take pictures of them..

Well, I can say this, I think Aaron has your eyes. Really, though, I can drag out my elementary school pictures and shock a few people too. My husband had such a bad batch one year, he threw it out before he got home from school. He told his mom he lost it. In some ways, I'm glad he did it. :)

Have fun, Sari. Tell those nice people hello from me, the friend you're going to stay with in VA on your way to and from Africa.

One year I had no teeth in the front and I don't think there was any color in my face. I looked like someone dying. Oh, that was a bad year.

I obviously wasn't. Landy, I haven't even had a drink today....

Well, I hope you all had a good laugh at my expense.
It's okay, I can take it.:D

Now, I am going out for my walk...2 miles or more daily, like it or not!!!

In that weather, I'm with you. Here it's beautiful today, 60's, but I'm not feeling too well. My sons and husband are out riding bikes. Riding bikes at the end of November in VA. Got to love it!
