Geez, I'd love to have some family around to complain about. It's down to my wife and me, and occasionally, her brother who travels most of the time and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The notion that we are going to be old and lonely is starting to sink in. In fact, depending on who outlives who, one of us is going to be very lonely.

No children, no parents, no nothing. Just POTN (you lucky stiffs).

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Wanna have a little "Burial Partnership" with me ?
The underpinning principle is as follows: When one of us kicks the bucket, the surviving other gets all the camera gear as well as the spouse of the other to look after.
Please note, should you win, my "brick" ought to go to Connie boy to whom I have willed that lens of his dreams.

We can call that little partnership "BelKal PetMundo".

Childe Klara, if you met my infinitely better half, you would have really understood how superbly wise Belmondo was for declining my offer.

Man, you are really going off the deep end. :)

And you can't will your wife. She's not chattel, ya know.

Besides, Belmondo has already started divesting himself of his equipment to me, at least as much as the IRS allows with no gift tax.:)

While I'm sure Peter's wife is very nice, Belmondo's wife may have objections on that score alone...and since they both probably already have the same lenses...the only thing Tom might gain (w/o stress that is) is yet another tripod. Peter on the other hand could gain a slightly used Christmas tree... ;)

But a well-formed and sturdy one, which is the object of much admiration. :)

Yikes!! Talking about death is not very much in the Christmas spirit, guys. Snap out of it!;)
Little grandson went home (unwillingly and only with the promise that he can come back tomorrow). Skip got the Christmas lights on the house and I got the lighted reindeer out on the lawn. Now, only 5 days of Christmas decorating left.....:(

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.
