Oh! Me! Me, me, me!!! I love maps. I have stacks of 'em all over the place. Wilderness maps, road maps, trail maps, you name it... I have the National Geographic Topo! map software for the states of California, Nevada and Arizona (and I bought the California set of CDs even before National Geographic bought out the company that originally made them -- I think they were called Wildflower back then). I also have Microsoft's Streets & Trips -- probably the only Microsoft product I actually like to use... 
I have three Garmin GPS receivers, too. They're certainly handy, but none of them will replace a good map, and knowing how to use it.
