Ahh okay...a manager gig...sweet. Austin, a party town...YES....especially on 6th street. So I hear, I've never been there....supposed to be a whole street of clubs n such.

Sounds like fun, need to get myself and the family down that way sometime soon.

Hmmm....a photographer and a stripper?? Never took you for a stripper Dozer:rolleyes::lol:

Well....it won't be flat here....lots-o hills

Umm, by hills, 3T means, slight rises in elevation. "Hill Country" isn't. There are no mountains in Texas. It's a great area, though. Austin is a beautiful and growing place. Housing prices in TX are dirt cheap. $200,000 will buy you a beautiful house with a pool there.

Texas' highest point is Guadalupe Peak at 8,749'. That would qualify as a mountain in my book... ;)

Ok...

The highest point in New Jersey is named, interestingly enough, High Point. It stands 1,803' tall. I think we can all agree, New Jersey has no mountains!

Mount Marcy. 5,344' -- I'd call that a mountain.

The whole list of tallest state points for the US is here, alphabetized by state (external link), or here, sorted by elevation (tallest to smallest) (external link).

I'm a native Californian, but I spent eight of my childhood years in Nebraska.

Well...you at least got to live in another state while growing up....not me. I've lived in several cities, mainly in South Texas...and in one city for about 26 years of my life.:| I'd actually love to live in Colorado...my Dad is there now.

Wait a minute...aren't you supposed to be out gambling my $20 to win??

200K? Doesn't exist in my area... unless you're looking to live in a shoebox...
