I like
Nice unusally light going on.
Perhaps a bit more water blur, if it is possible. And there are some uprights in the top left that are slightly distracting

In general, I like it. Maybe to make it a little better would be to crop it more to get rid of the bright spots at the top. I also think that I would have tried some slower shutter speeds for more water blurr.
