What do you guys think of this one? What could I have done to make it better?

The shot looks good to me. It all depends upon what you are trying to capture. IF you are looking for more vibrant color, you could reduce the exposure which would give more silhouette. However, that would be at the cost of losing the depth between the trees at the end of the lake and the hills.
