Perhaps a super rain coat with pockets for lenses is in check for all us serious rain photographers?

I was drenched last Thurday when photographing a freshman football game in the rain. The camera stayed nice and dry under my coat. :)

Not usually as I prefer to find a cosy cafe. However, I once completed a lens test in a graveyard in the pooring rain. Luckily there was a sheltering tree for me and gear to continue undisturbed. All this weather-sealing is for paparazzi and people who lack sense or ability to innovate.

They haven't been processed yet. But you can definitely see the rain coming down in them.

A few weeks ago we had a very high tide and very high winds.
After 2 ERR99'ss i decided to put camera in my Lowepro bag and put the raincover over the bag. Whe i got home i was completly soaked!
Was worth it though, got my shots in a newspaper :D:D:D

I might. I have several games to process, so the rain pictures may be posted.
