Shot these in far north Wisconsin a couple of weeks ago. The first was captured late afternoon while the second was on an light overcast day.

Love your second shot.
Just as a suggestion .. if I was there I would have tried a shot with the camera almost on the ground .. among the leaves .. with the yellow canopy above .. with a good DOF it could be a great shot .. muddy knees .. who cares ..

Second shot makes me homesick for my former home in NY...only bad part about these is sights like this means the white stuff isn't far behind. Well done.
