I want you all to go nuts how good this lens is and only this lens.

Show me some of the best images you've captured from it and possibly some 100% crops (showing for IQ)

:)

It's a super nice lens and others will point out why not consider the Sigma or Tokina as they are very good lens too. Kinda boils down to a matter of preference, which the Canon impresses me a whole lot.

No 100% crops but with a knowledge of post processing you can expect quite nice results.

I hate this lens, can't decide which camera to use with, 350D or 30D? ;)
even my 16-35L have a rest because of this lens, i think no need to show some results.:D

It is a KOOL range, but if your pockects are not deep the bang per buck option is the Sigma 10-20...

nah the sigma is not an option. I have seen head to head tests that make the sigma not a choice for me.

Too many reported quality control issues on the Sigma for my liking, do a search around here and see what I mean, softness issues on one side of the image seem common, although as with most things like this you only hear the bad stories...
I went for the Canon and love this lens.

The EF-S 10-22 is a thing of great beauty. The only problem I have with mine is that I tend to walk forwards while looking through it, and more than once I've come dangerously close to falling off harbour walls/cliff edges as a result of its unbelievable ability to make things which are 10cm away look like they're 2m away.

It's a fine, fine lens and it's taken more than one of the recent pictures in my gallery below, should you care to look (that said, all the ones that have made it into my gallery have been fairly heavily processed and cropped so you won't be able to make out the IQ of the originals; you'll just have to take my word for it that it's outstanding).

I love this lens. Other than price, there's not too many negatives to talk about. Here are a few of my photos:

Probably not my best with the 10-22, but I've always liked this shot:

I love this lens as much as my 70-200IS, and that is saying alot! It is really sharp with beautiful colors. If you use this range often (as I do) there is nothing better out there.
Here is an example, I can get 100% crops later when I get home.

Very nice lens. It really does not see as much use as it probably should/could.
