Yeah, that effect is fantastic for that scene. I'm curious as well which ps filter you used.

Very cool...looks like an old movie poster. One thing that bothers me...what is going on with the sky around the power lines? Also, right above the highest powerline, there seems to be a seperation line of some sort. Is that an artifact of the filter processing?

That's not a photograph! Just kidding, looks good but the effect just doesn't do it for me.

That's an interesting result, and th photo you chose for the first one in particular suits the effect.
