Out at the Osbourn Street Festival in Winnipeg, Mb. for July 1st celebrations. I ran across a bag-piper wearing a Pink Floyd shirt. Since their first album was called Piper At The Gates of Dawn it was an opportunity I couldn't pass up. Shortly after this shot was taken, Syd Barret passed away.
