It's always a great time for a new camera (400D), but with winter on the way I'll have some limitations. I want to get out and try some landscapes this winter. I'd like to have fun, get a few great shots.

I live in the Seattle area. Any suggestions? Locations?

6D, 60D, Various L and non-L Lenses and more gear than I have time to use. ;)

Trip thru the San Juans? I love that place! If I'm not mistaken the ferry from Victoria back to Washington goes thru the islands.
