Looks like you clicked the shutter at just the right time to catch the light on the mountain side. Your conversion has a very nice tonal range. Cloning out the thingy sticking up should not be a problem. I can certainly see this hanging on a wall. Good job! I don't have anything against Nikon cameras, just the people who use them.
