Costume was mom's idea. Hope he does not resent us when he is older ;)

Thanks Ryan. He is a blast to photograph. I just printed the first one on my Epson R1800 as a 13x19 and it looks amazing.

great work, the colors and the sharpness are fabulous. I especially like the depth of field in the first one.

My favorite is #3. All three are way too light and should be a good bit deeper. I'd also like to see #3 cropped so that the face is on the upper left second quadrant. I would have liked seeing some modeling on the face. A 3:1 ratio would have helped. They are very cute ...especially #3.

Ha! What great shots of a very cute little one. #2 is definitely my favorite. And don't worry, we're allowed to make them do goofy stuff like this when they're little, you know they have to earn their keep somehow until they can start mowing the lawn!:p

Set up is as follows:

White seemless paper background lit by 2 AB400s with white umbrellas set to blow out the background. These are placed on either side between the subject and the background. Main light is AB800 with large umbrella above and behind me. There is another AB400 to the right of the subject setup to bounce off a white ceiling. These were shot with my 1Ds MK II at 50 ISO, f5.6 1/125.
